Managing Your Videos, Playlists and Video Library

Our user-friendly online dashboard enables you to upload your videos, generate playlists, whitelabel your dashboard and produce analytics.

Using a simple, user-friendly video tagging system, tags can be assigned to your videos and your video library may be organised to suit your specific needs. When uploading, web videos can be tagged and customised, and rule-driven playlists can be created using these tags. As a value-added feature, submitting your tags to Google will aid video SEO (VSEO).

Organizing Playlists
Playlists, i.e. collections of videos, may be compiled manually or automatically by rule-driven means and these video playlists may then be published using a player embed or by RSS e.g. for iTunes, Boxee.

Preview Thumbnails
Each of your videos can be assigned a preview image either by selecting directly from the video itself or by uploading your own customized image (JPG, GIF, PNG). Individual preview thumbnails can be loaded from our servers.

Captions may be uploaded in SRT and DFXP formats and videos can be published with closed captions for Section 508 compliancy and accessibility. Alternatively, you can enable your viewers to select a language by publishing videos with multiple subtitle tracks.

Metadata to suit your Needs
By assigning basic metadata to each of the videos and playlists in your library, VSEO may be significantly improved. Examples of metadata include elements such as title, descriptive abstract, date of production of video or playlist etc, and this data, customized to your needs, may be amended and stored as required.
